Our partner is a multinational life science group divided into two divisions, Pharmaceuticals and Diagnostics. In order to be able to defend its market position in the future, the Diagnostics division has initiated a multi-year transformation process for the entire subgroup, because: new technologies and an aging population are rapidly changing the healthcare system and shifting the focus from healing to prevention.
As part of the "Product Portfolio" and "Digital Solutions" teams, we supported the Diagnostics division in developing a future-oriented strategy. In order to integrate all areas of the company into the development process, several sprints were coordinated and carried out with top management level. The aim of the sprints was to answer open questions as quickly as possible in the cross-functional teams. As digital experts, in addition to the selection and application of state-of-the-art working methods from the digital world, we have supported the operational implementation of the sprints.
