Our partner, a leading manufacturer of service and diagnostic equipment in the automotive after-sales market, has been generating and collecting extensive data records on all vehicle models for five decades. Transforming into a data-based service provider, the company needed support in identifying promising use cases and business models of the available data.

Together, we identified and consolidated a variety of data-based use cases and prioritized them according to weighted criteria. For a pragmatic development of the prioritized use cases, we designed a product-oriented organizational structure with corresponding agile processes and personnel recommendations.
